All these things will make you more marketable when it is time to secure a permanent position, especially if you have a good reference or testimonial from the people you have worked for. Remember that the employer has to donate time and resource to train you and take care of your welfare whilst you are in their employment, whilst doing their own job. Okay my friend is 17, her names Jessica. Now i will admitt i was so jelous of that girl, she was a ********* stunner, whenever i was with her she would stop to talk to guys she knew. when i was 8 i witnessed a baby a young girl and there mother get struck and killed by a car. The baby and young girl both died at the scene the mother survived but suffered a compound fracture in her leg i watched her dragging herself across the pavement screaming for her children. i stood in shock staring at the sceni dont know what i felt. 2 years later my grandfather died in front of me, i was very sad. i remember crying. years later my cousin to whom i was very fond of and lived with us was decapitated in front of me while riding a gokart. in what i guess was shock i picked up her head and tried to put her back together. after that and since that i have been kind of numb my father died in my arms approx 1 year ago he had congestive heart failure and died at 56 he died choking on flem cause he was too weak to clear his throat after a breathing treatment the nurses had gave him. i didnt even blink i was not at all bothered by the look of shock on his lifeless face i was unmoved.he was always there my parents never divorced i knew him well and im sure i loved him. but nothing... Now i am 24 years old i have a wife and together we have a 4 year old son and a now 3 week old daughter. i dont know how i would take losing them i want to believe it would devistate me but i cant have a part of me that believes i would almost be relieved because then i wouldnt have them to worry about. I am a wrestler in high school and arm strength is very important in my sport. To build it, my coach suggested we all do 100 push ups in the morning and 100 at night. I tried it for 2 weeks and felt great and now i can do 75 push ups nose to the ground without stopping or falling out of form. I thought this was getting me stronger but my bench stayed the exact same and my arms are still scrawny as ever... what gives? I tried adding diamonds and military and wide grips but nothing...My friend told me that I wasn't letting my muscles rest, so they won't become stronger or bigger. I am not a parent, but I have been a personal trainer as well as worked for gyms that are close to this concept. I really think you have something going here. Most gyms with child care have a wall and the children and parents cannot see each other. The only barrier you may find is for younger children with separation anxiety. Seeing their parents on the other side could make that worse, and the parents may not use your gym because of it. Otherwise....I think it's great, and definitely sets a good precedent for children to see their parents working out, and the opportunity to give them something active to do. They'll have fun and won't have a tv;)

Is the chase the bigger thrill or getting the photo?

I take scenic photos, but my main activity is bus photography. Having finally got to grips with taking a fast moving target I now take more ambitious photos. This usually involves chasing a specific bus, sometimes literally and getting in front of it. Other times just knowing when the bus will arrive at a specific time. However the minutes before it arrives are probably worse then getting the photo itself, will the sun go away, will a car appear, has it broken down, do I have the right angle to get the best shot, fidgeting, foot tapping as the time counts down. Is this normal, do any other photographers get these feelings?

Questions about army and marines?

Just wondering why is that you see more Marines get out after one enlistment then any other branch? Also why is that a lot of Marines leave and go to the Army? I am asking these questions because I am getting out of the Navy in 5 months because the Navy is downsizing. They told me to get out or switch jobs and the only choices were submarines (no thank you). I had always wanted to be a Marine, but couldn't drop the weight at the time. I'm within Marine standards now, but I am afraid I have little knowledge on my questions. Is it because a lot of Marines are not approved for re-enlistment or does it suck that bad. I understand the hardship of deployments because I am on one right now in the Middle East for a 16 months. I am an E-4 and I know that I would have to start as an E-2, but I think I can make rank quick I would hope. I scored a 73 on the ASVAB and I have ociates Degree (30 credits shy of my Bachelors) so I am looking into the officer side. Also I don't know if my time will count towards high year tenure. If so I'll have to make E-5 in four years. I am also looking into Army because I hear they pretty much do the same job as the Marines and they have better facilities and are more family friendly. You should let your friends know that you really care about this person and you'd appreciate it if they keep their opinions to themselves when you're hanging out with them. Changing fluids in a case 1845c?

Hello all. I own a Case 1845c skid steer/loader and I was wondering what maintenance I need to do on it. I plan on changing the oil and the hydraulic fluids in it. Are there any other fluids that I should change in it? Also, how often do I change such fluids? I hear every 400 hours of service. Also I plan on greasing all the fittings (nipple lubes) as well. Where are all of the fittings located? Any recommendations on the type of grease? My brother owns a Bobcat skid steer/loader I believe and he tells me I should replace the hydraulic lines in it because if any air was to enter the system. I do not think that is a problem. Hydraulics function properly. I told my boss (I work for Case New Holland (CNH America)) and he said that is not true. Who is correct? I do not have a manual for my 1845C (I plan on purchasing one). Where is the drain plug located for the oil and the hydraulic fluid? What type of hydraulic fluid and how much do I need to add? How many quarts of oil do I need to add? I stopped by my local tractor supply and priced a hydraulic filter (I purchased an oil filter already) and it was $60. Where can I find filters and what not for my 1845C? My tractor supply is highly priced when it comes to such items. Can I purchase the fluid(s) at Wal-Mart? I already use Rotella T 15W-40 motor oil. Any help would be greatly appreciated. How can I help my childs allergies?

My (almost) 4 year old has terrible allergies. The doctor wanted to prescribe her singulair, but the co pay is so expensive (bad insurance) that there is no way I can pay for it. There arent many choices for children allergy meds out there either. Bendryl works but of course makes her sleepy so I cant give it to her during the day. Ive been using childrens zyrtec lately, which says its supposed to last 24 hours but it really doesnt. It seems to help but its not a huge difference; it helps with the allergies but doesnt get rid of the congestion. She has become a mouth breather all day long, especially at night and its causing bad breath and a white coating on her tongue. I feel terrible for her! Any suggestions to help my poor girl??? I used to work on the second floor at my job in which I would see this guy normally on my way from and to lunch. I never said hi or anything. One day I hit his car while opening my door (not a big deal) and then he smiled and said I owed him coffee. I then did this ugly face and said no. What is a pumpkin spice latte SUPPOSE to taste like?

I was really excited to try the pumpkin spice latte at Starbucks but when I got it, it tasted like pure espresso. It was very bitter and had no sweetness, spice, or pumpkin. I had other people try it and they said it's definitely not suppose to taste like that. So I called Starbucks and they offered to re-make the drink and give me a coupon for a free drink later. So I got the drink re-made (by the same person) and it tasted a little bit sweeter and I could taste the pumpkin a little more but it was still pretty bitter and I didn't taste any other spices in there. Trouble Running Knowledge Adventure Games in MS DOS?

I can help i was having the same problem with the same games. they came with my packard bell. What you gotta do is go to your C Drive and make a folder called DOS, DOSProg, or whatever you want to name it, Then Go to DOSBox again Mount that folder and mount the CD ROM Drive. Then run the setup and it should work. Why am I so nocturnal?

For quite some time now I've been off and on with these really out of whack sleeping patterns. I just figured that it was something that happened to me during the summer time, because I've been staying up till dawn and sleeping till late afternoon during the summer for nearly a decade. But now, even though winter is here I am still having this feeling of being awake and active at night while being tired during the day! I sometimes even stay up for 24 hours or more to reset my sleep schedule, but even that doesn't seem to work anymore... I'll still spring awake at odd hours and then end up feeling tired during the day. I actually fell asleep for a little while during the evening today and now it's 2:15 AM and I'm only slightly tired... Sometimes, I'm even tired at night but I'm against the idea of going to sleep during the night... It's like I want to stay up until I absolutely can't fight it anymore... Weird, huh? This seems to be psychological, almost... Does it sound familiar?

The Title of A Movie...?

So, I'm wondering what the title of a certain movie is, but have tried endlessly through Google, etc. for answers. I know that it is an older movie about a woman who loses her daughter either in a car crash or storm, and she finds herself in a secluded society where women are born and raised to serve as surrogate mothers for women of other couples who cannnot conceive. In this film, to do so, the women have with the husbands or males in the relationship, and then continues with the pregnancy with that man's child. In the movie, the main character becomes the surrogate for i guess you could say the masters or rulers of this society, but the husband ends up liking her and starts treating her well by giving her soaps and taking her out into the real world. In the meanwhile, she is having an affair with another boy in the society. In this society, cheating and having for any reasons besides surrogation is punished by death, and the people hanged. It is a strange, strange movie, so if you know of it, you will definitely know it.

How long do I need to feed my goldfish shelled peas?

I have two black Moors and two orange & white fantail goldfish. One of the orange and white ones has always floated on the top in his spare time for the last two + years that I've had him. I recently moved them all to a 50 gallon tank from a 9 gallon and the floating is more visible. I started feeding them shelled green peas and they love it and then I noticed the one floaty wasn't floating. Like the peas weighed him down. I did this for a few days then went back to flake food. Poof! he was floating again. so I gave them more peas and he is swimming around not floating at the top. Is there something I can give him food wise or medication that will help him? Will the medication affect the other fish? He seems fine when he is floating. I do notice that his poop has a lot of air bubbles in it. Any suggestions? Thanks.

Does anyone know anything about restoring/preserving old photographs and doents?

My boyfriend and I just bought a 1920 Craftsman-style house. Inside a built-in cupboard in the living room we found the original blueprints and the hand-written receipts for the building materials (lumber, etc.). In a bedroom closet we found a bag that had a note on it from the previous owners that said "Found in Attic". Inside the bag was some photographs of a little girl standing in front of the house. Based on the clothing, the photos appear to be from the late 20's/early 30's. There is also some sheet music ("Ave Maria") and some birthday cards, valentines, and an envelope that's post-marked April 1945 (with a 3 cent stamp that says "Win the War"). Unfortunately, these artifacts are literally disintegrating and can barely be touched without falling apart. These things are priceless to us and we want to have them restored to better condition or at least preserved to prevent any more rotting. We are not sure what our options are, what kind of professional would provide these services, etc. Any information is greatly appreciated.

What does a "Certificate of Disposition" mean?

It basically means you paid your debt to society and your case is closed, with no further actions against you. The certificate says your not bad anymore etc. for who it may concern. You would need one if your applying for a license where your asked if you have any criminal convictions. When you submit to a finger print check for example, you would need to produce that certificate for your license record. How can I help my child gain more confidence? At school? At home? New environments?

My child is a sensitive child. She is 6 yrs. old. We have taught her to play fair, manners, and how to be respectful of others. She has such great leadership qualities, but I don't have the answers to help her when there are problems with friends. She feels like she plays fair with her friends. She says she follows their rules when they choose a game, but when it is her turn to choose the game, the girls runaway or speak over her. I have witnessed this. She has such a sweet personality. She has some close girls that she talks about in her clroom, but this happens when all the girls come together at recess. She says she doesn't want to tell because she thinks that is tattling. But, I am terrified of people running over her b/c of her sweet personality. I have seen girls in her preschool hit her. My personality is not like hers. I much more outspoken and I just want her to take up for herself. But she is so sweet she says we will just pray for them. I am so scared of her teenage years of boys taking advantage or girls peer pressuring her. She wants to please everyone. I need some advice. Not, guilty is the best way to go. They will give you a new court date. Then if the cop doesn't show up, your fines are dismissed. If he does, you'll just have to pay the fine.I used to pay a lot of traffic tickets until my friend told me this. I have done this in 3 occasions since, and the cops never showed up. Can someone help me with Fable 2: Knothole Island please?

In Knothole Island, I have finished Big Freeze, talked to the Chieftain, and went back to Bowerstone as instructed. On all of the forums/walkthroughs I have read since then have said that once I went back to Bowerstone, the quest Huge Heat should come up. This hasn't happened yet. Do I have to finish some of the main story quests before HH shows up in my quest log? Is it a glitch? I need help!!!

Could've WW2 Commonwealth countries mount a 17 Pounder ATG and a 25 Pounder Field gun on same tank/chis?

I guess both guns would be crew intensive and too large for a tank and limited ammunition would be carried. I can see the limitations of a M3 Medium Tank, Char B Tank, early Churchill Tank gun configurations. However imagine both guns mounted in the same turret, like Sentinel tank designers did replicating the recoil force of a 17 pounder by mounting (X2) 25 pounder guns side by side. I realise if this was achieved, the guns would have to be fired one at a time. I suppose a larger dual purpose gun like the US 90mm or maybe an invented indigenous 87.6mm gun (scaled up 17 Pounder gun) or the British 32 Pounder gun would be most likely a better idea. I suppose another idea would be to create a M3 Medium super Tank keeping the US 75mm sponson gun but adapting the hull top to create a new AC4 Tank size 178cm turret ring for mounting the 17 Pounder. The whole reason for my question is because although the 17 Pounder was the best allied anti tank gun of WW2 but had terrible HE Rounds. The rounds improved mid 1944 but were never very effective. What are your ideas for a solution?

What do i feed a malnourished puppy?

Yesterday I was at a family reunion with my boyfriend and 2 people came up with 3 adorable weimeraner puppies (about 7-9 weeks). Hi, I've never really understood or learn't about scale as such, I'm not much of a mathematician. In fact, Ive always had problems grasping the basics of maths since primary education, and Ive never really understood metric measurements : mm, cm, mtr, etc etc....I am supposed to be designing a mini scaled up mock model for an architectural building but lack the initiative to do so. Cooking lasagna noodles help....please?

I have the near perfect lasagna recipe. But I detest lasagna noodles. If I boil them they fall apart when i'm taking them out, or draining them. If you arrived at a disturbance call where a man had previously punched a hole into wall out of anger but was calm and cooperative when authorities arrived, would the hole in the wall be grounds to judge someone as a danger to himself or others? The person who called 911, his wife, stated to police that she felt the man should go to the hospital but never stated that he threatened/enacted physical violence toward himself or anyone else.

Question about Testicular Pain?

I have never had testicular pain, but all of a sudden yesterday, I had got an acute and severe pain in my left testicle. It is extremely sensitive to touch, and the pain worsens when I stand up or walk. I almost doubled over in pain a few times. I had something similar to this 4 months ago but it went away after 2 days. Do I have some sort of infection? It only hurts on my left side and I also feel constipated even though I am not. It is not a STD because I have never had .

so i am making a blanket for my bf. im making three long strips and im gonna sew them together instead of making little squares. well, the middle strip i made with size 6 needles and knitted one row them purled the other...i forgot what thats called. i got bigger needles for the two side (mainly to speed it up) i have size 15 and i think size 11. i was thinking about using the 15 and doing a garter stitch for the two sides. do you think this would look fine? im a beginner knitter so i think its pretty good for all that i know. the only thing i think might look weird is the variation in the stitching patterns. with it being garter, then the pretty one, then the garter again. i decided to do garter because its reinforced on the sides and doesnt curl up as much as the other one i am doing now. it rolls up alot so i wanted to do something different around the edges (reason for the garter) to keep it from rolling up...since this is a blanket, i dont think he'd like it rolled up! ha! and suggestions? or if you have a knitting pattern for the two sides please tell me!!!

It started simple enough. I woke up on May 6 and felt a sharp pain shoot down the back of my right leg. I wasn’t too concerned. I’d had hip bursitis 2x before, and the bursitis pain always disappeared within a couple of days. This pain didn’t go away. It got worse. I took Ibuprofen or Vicodan. I put ice on my right hamstring. I didn’t exercise. I rested. Whenever I woke up in the morning or moved in a certain way, I was in a great deal of pain. Finally ( on May 20) I went to see a doctor. The doctor did not even have me lie down so he could examine me. He heard that I lift weights and had likely increased the weight on the leg press too much. He said to me: ” You tore a muscle-Don’t use ice-Use a heating pad 3x a day, and don’t exercise at all. (Not even walking OMAR was allowed.) He prescribed a muscle relaxant for me to take 4x a day. I did everything he told me to do and I got worse The pain intensified and spread to my whole leg (front-back-feet-) then to both legs.

I can't stress this enough- if you continue to train on an injury, you risk doing further damage, which could jeprodise your ability to take part in MMA. It is far wiser in the long run to seek medical advice to make sure nothing is fractured or sprained, and then rest it before training again.

I'm going to see Ministry at House of Blues on Friday with some friends and my boyfriend. My bf wants to wear his German Kevlar vest and a German Dragen Gasmask (w/o the canister). I would definitely put elastics on! If this problem still happens after you put elastics on there are usually 2 or 3 options. One would be if the heel slipping doesn't happen too often is sewing the end of the elastics by your heel (uming you do criss cross elastics) closer together. The herbs will do fine so long as your planter has adequate drainage (support it off the ground with bricks or some other way) and you're using suitable soil. A mixture of equal parts of John Innes no 2, peat-free multipurpose compost and horticultural grit would retain enough water yet have the drainage you need, and you could add a few water-retaining granules and some fish, blood and bone fertiliser as well if you liked. Feed the plants with organic liquid fertiliser, diluted to half-strength then use it at each watering. And of course, keep the herbs trimmed and bushy, doing regular pruning if you find you're not using them for cooking very fast, so they don't get all sprawly and untidy. I expect you've got a nice sunny place for your planter? It sounds an excellent project.
