Guys hit on me...weird?

Okay,I am a 14 year old,and I dress respectablly.My mom and dad never let me go out the house looking like a slut or a or even sloppy and I don't like the way they dress anyhow.Well,when I am at school (i am in the 9th)alot of guys like look at me and call me like aye girl and bullcrap like that.And then old MEN look at me,and once my dad was in the store and I was i nthe car it was night time and I had my psp and I was watching a UMD on it,and some guys that were next to me knocked on the window of our car and asked for my phone number :|How come I am getting hit on alot and can't they see that I am only 14!?
