Am I pregnant or just imagining things? ?

I had about three weeks ago. For about the past week and a half I have had sore . Last Saturday morning I threw up three times and was feeling queasy the rest of the day but was fine on Sunday and since yesterday I been having pains in my side and back. Could this be signs of pregnancy or is this just a coincidence that all this is happening? Thanks
