Who actually wrote up all of the provisions in the House health care takeover bill?

I would ume Pelosi, Reid, Dodd, Kerry, Waxman, Murtha, and Frank had a lot to do with it. They are all a bunch of nut jobs and lack one ounce of intelligence. This is all about taking over health care and running private industry into the ground. Pelosi stated 2-3 wks ago that they were going to wage an all out war on the private health care insurance industry- that totally contradicts what Obama has said about keeping your insurance and physicians. Pelosi is for the first time of her life telling the truth and well Obama just continues to say a whole lot of nothing to get his dream of a "single payer" system in place.
