Hair help---new haircut?!?

seeing as your hair is already shorter than sholder length and you wnna tie it up, i think cutting it would be a bad idea, id recommend trying a fringe change, i dont know what you have now, but a jaggered cut looks good, and a japanese cut at that back, which just means its trimmed diagly both sides so it looks like a upside down triangle, looks cooler than it sounds, and maybe try a new colour, maybe get some lighter blondes in there, some highlights or an undertone or darker down or black can look cool
