Is it ok for a 17 year old to like a 13 year old going on 14 in July?

Ok my friend Wyatt has the biggest crush on me but he just turned 17. I really like him but I don't want him getting in trouble with anyone. His parents are best friends with mine so what should we do? We need to know:(
