What do you think i should do about this?

There aren't many apprenticeships around these days and you are incredibly lucky to be on a scheme. Everyday you are learning, picking up new skills, growing in confidence whilst being paid at the same time. Win-Win-Win. All these things will make you more marketable when it is time to secure a permanent position, especially if you have a good reference or testimonial from the people you have worked for. Remember that the employer has to donate time and resource to train you and take care of your welfare whilst you are in their employment, whilst doing their own job. Positivity, enthusiasm and a 'can do' attitude will get you far.
