Ouch...this has happened to me before. 3 months is too long for it to still hurt this bad. Take my advice- go and see a doctor. I can't stress this enough- if you continue to train on an injury, you risk doing further damage, which could jeprodise your ability to take part in MMA. It is far wiser in the long run to seek medical advice to make sure nothing is fractured or sprained, and then rest it before training again.
