Where is a STARTER MOTOR on a 1995 FIAT PUNTO 90 elx convertable?

when i try to turn the engine over it just sounds like a hoover it makes a buzzing noise i dont know if the starter motor has gone and where is the starter motor thanks or does any body know any websites where i can find out cheers
