Is the Eastern Bloc the new talent hotspot in boxing?

With boxing losing its grip in America, and along with it, its lucrative ability to drive young, poor urban kids to pursue boxing.... some of these places in the eastern-bloc have a COMPLETELY different type of poverty... There is no more "hard ghetto" areas here - and kids simply know if they don't do **** - they can get plenty of government handouts to live a fairly comfortable life - cable tv, internet, car, etc.... And there is some serious talent there... Serious, serious talent...
