Green Cheek Conure or Quaker??

This is a very similar question to one asked 7 months ago. I have read all the questions and answers and have greatly appreciated them. I'm finding the differences to be Quaker-more of a talker, messier, louder GCC - quieter, not much of a talker, cuddlier, more family oriented? Am I correct and is there anything anyone else could add. I'm totally flustered on how to decide :) But, I'm SO excited once I do decide. I've waited a very long time. Thanks to everyone ahead of time for their time in helping me.
