Cat Problems..He can't 'meow' his right cheek is HUGE..?

Call your local ASPCA hospital and explain your situation. They will usually lower their price if you really can't afford it. Or like the others here have said, ask a friend or a relative to help you out. Your cat needs to see a vet asap.
